We are always looking for ways to expand our vocabulary. Last week we had a good look at adjectives and went on a hunt for new ones that we could use in our writing.
We had great discussions about using visual images to express our words and we looked closely at language features like metaphors and personification.
We are a bit proud of our creations!

Jaimens holiday
Holiday down Gore
going fishing
Me and my brother went to Te Anau to go fishing most of the day we didn't catch anything because it was a lake not the ocean.
Kidzone
The next day I went to a kid zone and had a lot of fun. I went on the bumper boats the 6 meter drop drift triking and rode on old fashion bikes. We went on the bouncy castle and made d.n.a we went on some go carts and made a city out of blocks.
Gondola Queens town then we drove all the way to to Queens town gondola I went down the luge my brother didn't he ate ice cream.
Puzzle world wan aka this is me in Puzzle world having fun and building stuff.
Bungy jumping here is a Bungy jumping place that lots of people jump off we didn't.
Trampoline place this is a trampoline place they had a super tramp there is only 7 of them in the world.
